Key Responsibilities :
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot
PLC and HMI programs
using platforms such as
Siemens (TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley (RSLogix / Studio5000), and Mitsubishi (GX Works / IEC Developer) .
Understand and interpret
electrical schematics, pneumatic circuits, and hydraulic diagrams
for effective control logic development.
Integrate and test hardware and software components for
automated machinery (e.g., Tyre curing press, Tyre Building Machines, Mills, Lube Spraying machines etc.)
Collaborate with electrical and mechanical design teams to implement control solutions.
Participate in
FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests)
and
on-site commissioning
of machines.
Sensitivity : This Document is Classified as "LNT Internal Use".
Provide
technical support and troubleshooting
during machine installation and after-sales service.
Maintain project documentation including IO lists, control logic descriptions, and HMI screen flow.
Requirements :
3–4 years of experience
in industrial automation, specifically in PLC and HMI programming.
Proficient with
Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC platforms .
Ability to
read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics .
Practical knowledge in
machine testing, calibration, and on-site commissioning .
Familiar with machinery safety standards and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet / IP).
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
Willingness to travel for site support and commissioning when required.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) :
Experience with
SCADA
systems.
Familiarity with
robotic integration
or vision systems.
Knowledge of
servo drive systems
and
motion control .
Exposure to
panel design and PLC wiring
standards.
