Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and integration development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, supporting, and enhancing integrations between Oracle HRMS and third-party systems, including cloud-based HR platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain custom PL / SQL programs, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components) in Oracle HRMS.
- Develop and support integrations between Oracle HRMS and external systems (e.g., Workday, payroll platforms, time & attendance systems).
- Utilize APIs, interface tables, and concurrent programs for data extraction and loading.
- Work on outbound (EBS to third-party) and inbound (third-party to EBS) data flows.
- Develop XML / BI Publisher reports and enhance existing reports as required.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT and production deployments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for interfaces, reports, and custom components.
- Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance of Oracle HRMS applications.
Required Skills & Experience :
7+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS Technical development.Strong in PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI / XML Publisher, and Oracle APIs.Experience working with Oracle HRMS modules : Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL.Solid understanding of HRMS data model and integration points.Proven experience in building integrations using file-based (CSV / XML), API-based (REST / SOAP), or middleware (OIC, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) approaches.Experience in concurrent programs and fast formula development – desirable.Good communication skills and ability to interact with business and functional stakeholders.
