PracticeMock is a web / app-based test preparation platform offering mock tests for various banking exams like SBI PO, IBPS PO, and RBI Grade B, as well as government exams like SSC CGL, Railways NTPC, Engineering, and MBA exams. Our platform is designed to help candidates prepare effectively and succeed in these competitive exams.

About the Role

We are looking for a  Lifecycle Marketing Manager  who will own user communication across CleverTap and other marketing channels. This role is a mix of  creative messaging  and  data-driven execution  — you will be responsible for building automated journeys, planning targeted campaigns, and driving user engagement, retention, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution :  Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across push, email, in-app, and SMS using CleverTap.
  • Journey Creation :  Build automated user journeys for onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation.
  • Segmentation & Personalization :  Identify key user segments, behaviors, and triggers to deliver personalized communication.
  • Creative Messaging :  Craft engaging, conversion-focused copy that resonates with users.
  • Experimentation & Optimization :  Run A / B tests on messaging, creatives, and user flows to improve performance.
  • Data-Driven Insights :  Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness (CTR, conversion, retention).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Work closely with product, growth, and design teams to ensure consistent communication.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in  lifecycle / CRM / retention marketing .
  • Hands-on experience with  CleverTap  (or similar tools like MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage).
  • Strong understanding of  user segmentation, funnels, and retention strategies .
  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills with a creative mindset.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with  A / B testing  and campaign performance tracking.
  • Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in  edtech / consumer internet products .
  • Familiarity with  growth frameworks  (activation, engagement, retention, referral).
  • Comfort with  basic HTML / CSS  for email templates.
