We’re looking for a Senior Computer Aided Design (CAD) Engineer to join our core team at VTOL Aviation India Pvt. Ltd. , an indigenous leader in advanced drone technology and aerospace systems. This role will play a pivotal part in the end-to-end design and development of UAV systems—transforming concepts into real-world aerial solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the mechanical design of UAV platforms, sub-systems, and components.
• Translate functional requirements into 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings.
• Collaborate with avionics, propulsion, and systems teams to ensure holistic design integration.
• Perform tolerance analysis, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and DFA (Design for Assembly).
• Work closely with manufacturing vendors for prototype builds, testing, and production support.
• Maintain structured CAD data management and documentation using PLM systems.
• Optimize designs for weight, performance, and manufacturability.
