Mid-Level Sales Executive – New Business Development (2–5 Years Experience)
Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 / month + High Incentives
Location : Ghaziabad
Role Focus :
Full-time industrial B2B lead generation — bring NEW customers for gears, machined parts, and forged components. No existing client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new OEMs, machine shops, fabricators, and manufacturers
- Generate new RFQs (requests for quotation) daily
- Build relationships from scratch and convert them into first-time buyers
- Conduct field visits in Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Delhi
- Submit new leads to production / management for pricing
- Close first orders and hand over to internal service team afterwards
