Job Location :

Allianz Services, Kharadi, Pune

Mode of work : WFO

Experience : 2 to 6 years

Shift :

Night Shift, 5.30 / 6.30 pm + 9 hours

Skills : Claims management, Endorsement processing, Handling payment and premium disputes

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims management, endorsement processing, and handling payment and premium disputes.

Familiarity with insurance policies, claims procedures, and endorsement guidelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and manage claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Handle policy endorsements, including reviewing requests, updating policy information, and ensuring accuracy.

Address notice of payment and premium disputes, investigating issues and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.

Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, and brokers to gather necessary information and clarify claims and endorsement requirements.

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with relevant claims and endorsement information.

Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure seamless processing and resolution of issues
