Job descriptionStrong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant internship / work experience. Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) preferred. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project) is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects under the guidance of senior managers.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or delays.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Document meeting minutes, project updates, and maintain project-related records.
- Support in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Assist in identifying potential challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders, team members, and management.
