About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with deep expertise across MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , along with basic Java knowledge to support cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in designing scalable architectures, leading modules, and delivering high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of complex, scalable applications using MERN Stack .
• Architect backend APIs, microservices, and database structures.
• Develop high-quality UI components with React.js , ensuring performance and responsiveness.
• Optimize server-side logic, manage API integrations, and handle advanced Node.js backend tasks.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Integrate and maintain modules requiring basic Java knowledge (legacy systems or API bridges).
• Implement security best practices, authentication systems, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth project delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and sprint planning.
