Job descriptionLead the design, development, and deployment of custom D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems via APIs and middleware. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and executives to align CRM strategy with business objectives, drive end-to-end solution architecture, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities, including client demos and solution presentations, and act as a subject matter expert advising on Microsoft roadmap and best practices. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration (plugins, actions, business rules). Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages / Portal. Client-side scripting with JavaScript / TypeScript. Integration experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party systems. Exposure to Field Service module. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Remote work opportunities. Full-time employment.
Job Title : D365 CRM & Power Platform Professional
As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, including experience with plugins, actions, business rules, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- They will also have expertise in client-side scripting using JavaScript / TypeScript, integration with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party systems, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
- A strong understanding of data modeling, system architecture, and integration patterns is also essential.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
