Senior Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish graphics & content for print, digital and social collateral in accordance with 7-Eleven Brand Guidelines to support each Open Strong | Stay Strong (OSSS) event; Track & monitor results of each campaign to ensure effectiveness while remaining within allocated budget
• Create, update & maintain graphics for OSSS banners, flags and other exterior décor items to ensure consistency and adherence to Brand Standards
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Restaurants, Operations, Real Estate, Digital, Delivery and other departments, to ensure appropriate messaging & offers are included in material
• Create community engagement campaigns for OSSS events to include outreach to schools, hospitals, public safety departments, industrial / distribution centers and other community organizations; Create and publish operating manuals with templates for use by all stores and franchisees
• Manage third-party vendor relationships as needed to ensure quality and performance expectations are met.
