• Working with the sales team, operations, tech, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure from other departments dedicated to the same client account to enhance business with the client and ensure maximum client satisfaction
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing existing customers of the client and bringing in new business from the respective clientele base
• Work with tech on new developments.
