 Strategize & Execute : Own Foxtale's social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond—driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.

 Create Conversations : Conceptualize trend-led, thumb-stopping content that connects with Gen Z & millennial audiences.

 Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with brand, influencer, and performance marketing teams to bring campaigns and new launches to life.

 Analyze & Evolve : Track performance metrics, derive insights, and continually refine content strategy for impact and ROI.

Who You Are

 4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, skincare, or FMCG.

 Experienced in team management—you know how to inspire, guide, and bring creative ideas to life.

 A strong grasp of visual storytelling, pop culture, and digital trends.

 Data-savvy, creative-minded, and fluent in the language of social.

 A believer in authenticity and community-driven branding.
