Role : It Recruiter

Location : Pune-work from office

Shift : 10am to 7 pm

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical roles, terminologies, and IT skills.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
