About the Role :

We’re seeking a Sourcing Merchandiser to manage supplier development, product costing, production planning, and end-to-end women’s apparel sourcing for a growing fashion brand. This is a high-ownership role collaborating closely with design, vendors, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities :

🧵 Supplier Identification & Onboarding

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant suppliers and job workers for womenswear production.
• Negotiate best costings, payment terms, and lead times for monthly collection drops.

📐 Product Development & Costing

📦 Production Planning & Execution

🤝 Cross-functional Coordination

🧠 Skills & Capabilities

Requirements :

✅ Experience in women’s apparel sourcing & production

✅ Strong vendor management & negotiation skills

✅ Experience creating tech packs, cost sheets, T&A

✅ Ability to work across sampling → production → dispatch

✅ Excellent communication & follow-up discipline
