Skill - GW Developer(Policy / Billing / Claims) Developer

Location : Pan India

Hands on Exp. in Guidewire developer in Policy OR Billing OR Claims

Insurance domain knowledge with Property & Casualty background
Hands on experience in at least one of the Guidewire products Should have knowledge on Admin data loading.
Good knowledge in Web services, XML, GxModel, Messaging, Batch implementation,
Integrating with 3rd Party Systems and Document composition tools like Xpressions, Thunderhead

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly within the Guidewire platform, and will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing Guidewire applications.

The Guidewire Developer will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and maintain Guidewire applications including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Customize Guidewire applications by writing configuration and custom code in Java, Gosu, and XML.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.

Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Guidewire applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Stay updated with the latest Guidewire features and best practices, applying them where appropriate.

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including proficiency in TransactSQL and familiarity with database architecture

Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server and well versed in SQL

Designed & modified existing workflows (required for Billing Integration)

Experience in SCRUM Agile, prefer Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Good written and oral communication

Excellent analytical skills.
