Job Summary / Objective :

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer to join our engineering team and take ownership of building robust backend systems, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices in software development.

Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SaaS applications using Laravel framework .

Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to deliver high-quality features.

Optimize application performance, database queries, and system workflows.

Integrate third-party APIs and create RESTful APIs for seamless product functionality.

Ensure best practices in code quality, security, testing, and documentation .

Mentor junior developers, review code, and support in technical problem-solving.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in PHP, Laravel, cloud technologies, and SaaS architecture .

Requirements :

4–5 years of professional experience in PHP development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Laravel .

Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns .

Experience in building and scaling SaaS-based applications .

Proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL , query optimization, and database design.

Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and third-party integrations .

Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure cloud environments .

Knowledge of Docker, CI / CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies .

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide the team.

Good to Have (Optional) :

Experience with Vue.js / React / Angular for full-stack development.

Knowledge of queues, caching (Redis), and message brokers (RabbitMQ / Kafka) .

Exposure to DevOps tools and server management .

Previous experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment .
