SharePoint Systems Integration Consultant

Overview

Zencon Group is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to lead a modernization initiative for our legal client. The consultant will design and implement a secure, scalable SharePoint Online environment, migrate existing case-related documents from legacy network drives, and configure seamless integration with the LegalServer case management platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full discovery and planning assessment of client’s legacy file storage and data structure.
• Identify, categorize, and prepare eligible case files for migration (pending or closed after Jan 1, 2023).
• Design and configure SharePoint Online architecture , metadata schema, and permissions aligned with client’s office and practice group structure.
• Implement LegalServer–SharePoint integration , enabling automated document access and metadata synchronization.
• Execute data migration using third-party tools (e.G., ShareGate, Mover, or AvePoint).
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform up to two refinement iterations.
• Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and system documentation for end users and administrators.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and provide post-go-live technical support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability, compliance, and knowledge transfer.
