Profiles -

1 position for 2-3 years PQE with experience in law firm in M&A, VC / PE transactions

2 positions for 0-1 years PQE with experience / interest in M&A, VC / PE transactions

Expectations

Strong research and drafting skill

Knowledge of equity transactions, gen. corp. laws and other commercial laws

Knowledge of local vernacular language would be an added advantage
