A n exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Care Representative who is willing to take additional responsibilities to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis in Chennai.
Let’s Talk About Responsibilities
Positively greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries, confirmation of appointments
Liaising extensively with our clients comprising children, young adults, children with additional needs, complex needs adults, clients with multicultural backgrounds
Reception and general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, preparing customer invoice and maintaining payment records
Proactively identify client needs and offer technical advice on hearing aid devices and services repairs (training will be provided to the right candidate)
Guide patients to specific treatment locations within the clinic. Inform patients about clinical procedures and any advanced preparations if required
Minor hearing aid repairs, accurate checking and management of the repairs (training will be provided to the right candidate)
Assisting clinicians to manage their appointments and clinical services to our clients
Carryout electronic payments and daily settlement activities using company software
Administrative duties including monthly reports and checks
Let’s Talk About Qualifications And Experience
Any previous experience in providing exceptional, friendly and client centred customer service will be an added advantage
Any previous experience in medical billing will be an added advantage not mandatory though
Intermediate / advanced level computer literacy with intermediate / advanced skills in Microsoft Office (word / power point / outlook)
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to care for people
Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and self-motivated approach to work and the ability to accept responsibility and take ownership to achieve outcomes

Starting pay scale : INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on experience) + Bonuses
