Interior Designers

Responsibilities

Concept Design : Preparation of plans & programming of retail store EBO, elevations, sections, 3D Illustration & material selections.

Schematics Design : Preparation & co-ordination of SMEP details & drawings with consultants. Coordination with all other specialized consultants.

Design Development : Preparation of detailed coordinated plans & elevation.

Tender Details : Preparation of Tender Drawings, BOQ / Specifications, quantification of materials, GCC & FFE Documents.

GFC Drawings : Preparation of good for construction drawings for site execution.

Qualifications & Experience

B. Arch with minimum 3-6 years of retail Industry experience

Strong verbal & written communication skill.

Highly skilled individuals driven and passionate for excellence & innovation.

Committed individuals seeking to build themself in their domain, able to multitask, develop leadership & collaborate with others to create impactful work.

Experience in Apparel brand & Interior project is an added advantage.

Software skill

• AutoCAD
• Photoshop
• Sketchup
• MS office

A good command in AutoCAD is mandatory.
