Junior Engineer - HMC / VMC / VTL / HTC - OPERATOR / MACHINEST for CNC Machine Shop

Job descriptionCNC Machine Operation : Operate and monitor a variety of CNC machines ( HMC, VMC, VTL, HTC ) with a keen eye for detail and a focus on producing high-quality components. Team Collaboration : Actively participate in a team-oriented environment. You will be expected to work closely with senior machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize production processes, and share knowledge. Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve machining and process challenges. A positive, "can-do" attitude is essential, especially when facing new or complex tasks. Quality and Precision : Perform rigorous in-process and final inspections to ensure every part meets our stringent quality standards. This requires an uncompromising commitment to accuracy. Maintenance & Improvement : Conduct routine machine maintenance checks and contribute ideas for process improvement, safety, and efficiency. Documentation : Maintain clear and accurate production, quality, and maintenance records. Educational Background : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills : Fresh Candidates : A strong foundational understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and materials. Experienced Candidates : Proven hands-on experience in operating and programming HMC, VMC, VTL, or HTC machines.
