About the Role :

Must have at least 3-5 Years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

Experience working on Contract, Contract-to-hire, and Full-Time Positions in India.

Experience working with Job Portals and social networking sites like LinkedIn.

Scheduling interviews and salary negotiations.

Should have experience in working with clients.

Responsibilities :

• Need strong experience in IT Recruitment working on Niche Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruiting.
• Creating pipelines for the requirements, maintain good relations with candidates.
• Must have experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Effective communication abilities.
