Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India, for a Banquet Event Operations Coordinator. The role involves managing day-to-day banquet operations, ensuring smooth execution of events and high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements, liaising with internal teams, managing timelines, overseeing event setups, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The coordinator will also work to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills to effectively oversee event planning and execution processes.
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a pleasant guest experience during events.
- Sound Analytical Skills for efficient problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or operations coordination is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
