From intimate mehendi looks to high-glam cocktail nights, our jewellery is all about emotion, mood, and memorable moments.

We are now looking for an AI Visual Content Generation Editor to bring our brand stories to life across Instagram, Reels, and other digital platforms using a powerful blend of editing skills and AI tools.

About the Role

You will be the bridge between our in-store magic and our online presence. As an AI Visual Content Generation Editor, you will work closely with the founder, shoot teams, and marketing to create high-impact, trend-driven visual content—especially short-form video and AI-led visuals tailored for fashion and jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Visual Stories for Social Media
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos and reels that showcase our jewellery, campaigns, model shoots, BTS moments, and in-store experiences.
  • Craft scroll-stopping hooks, pacing, transitions, and layouts suited for Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms.
  • Leverage AI for Content Creation
  • Use AI tools (e.g., AI video generators, AI image tools, template-based video platforms) to create moodboards, campaign teasers, lookbooks, and experimental content.
  • Repurpose raw footage and photos into AI-enhanced visuals, transitions, and effects while staying true to the brand aesthetic.
  • Edit & Enhance Raw Footage
  • Work with shoot material (model shoots, product close-ups, store ambience, events) and convert it into polished, on-brand content.
  • Colour-correct, stabilize, and enhance footage to highlight jewellery detailing, sparkle, and mood.
  • Collaborate on Campaigns & Concepts
  • Partner with the founder and marketing team to interpret campaign ideas (wedding, festive, everyday chic) into strong visual narratives.
  • Contribute creative ideas for series-based content (e.g., “9 wedding looks”, “Day-to-night styling”, “How to style this piece”).
  • Maintain Brand Consistency
  • Ensure all content reflects RUH’s tone : premium, warm, expressive, and fashion-forward.
  • Follow brand guidelines on fonts, colours, logo usage, and visual language.
  • Stay on Top of Trends & Tools
  • Track trends in fashion, beauty, and jewellery content, especially on Instagram.
  • Continuously explore new AI tools, plugins, and techniques to improve speed, quality, and creativity.
  • Manage Projects & Deadlines
  • Handle multiple content pieces and campaign timelines simultaneously.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient content library of footage, templates, and AI assets.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have :

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing and / or visual content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and / or Adobe After Effects (or equivalent professional editing tools).
  • Experience with AI-based content tools , such as AI video generation, AI image creation, or template-based video AI platforms.
  • Solid understanding of short-form content formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, framing, pacing, and mood —ideally with a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle lens.
  • Basic skills in design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for text overlays and templates.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and collaborate closely with the in-store and shoot teams.

    • Nice-to-Have (Preferred, not mandatory) :

  • Prior experience in fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brands .
  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut, VN, Runway, Pika Labs, Midjourney, etc.
  • Understanding of social media analytics to learn what type of content performs best.
  • Comfort with basic sound design, music selection, and sync for Reels.

    • Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to take creative direction and also propose fresh ideas.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

    • Compensation

  • Annual CTC : ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per year (depending on experience and skills).
