Job descriptionManage the full post-production workflow from ingesting footage to final export. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, etc. is a must. Optimize video exports for different platforms (aspect ratios, codecs, compression, audio etc.). Strong visual sense : You have an eye for color, light, and rhythm. You know how to make cuts feel seamless and moments impactful. Narrative instinct : You understand story arcs setup, tension, payoff and can shape footage to create them. Motion graphics skill : Proficiency with After Effects or motion tools to enhance storytelling. 2-4 years of experience in video editing, motion design, or post-production . Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software (mandatory), Capcut or equivalent software and After Effects (preferred) or equivalent softwares. Working knowledge of color grading, audio design, and compression formats . Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Location : Bengaluru, Reporting To : Creative Lead / Founders.

Key Responsibilities :
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and full YouTube episodes.
- Maintain high creative standards from storytelling flow to sound design, pacing, and typography.
- Apply motion graphics, text overlays, and visual cues that make content more engaging and easier to follow.
