Air Handling Unit Production Head

The Head of AHU Production is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all phases of Air Handling Unit manufacturing. This role ensures the production facility operates at peak efficiency , delivers products of the highest quality (meeting standards like ISO 14644, ASHRAE, and SMACNA, which are critical for Syntec's cleanroom focus), and ensures on-time delivery to support the company's turnkey solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Food industries.

🌟 Key Responsibilities1. Production & Operations Management

• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute production strategies, plans, and schedules to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets for volume, cost, and quality.
• Workflow Optimization : Oversee the end-to-end AHU manufacturing process, from raw material inspection and sheet metal fabrication to coil assembly, final unit assembly, wiring, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Resource Management : Efficiently manage all production resources, including manpower, machinery (e.G., CNC bending, laser cutters), materials, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime.
• Inventory Coordination : Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure the timely availability of components (like filters, motors, fans, coils, and controllers) to maintain a smooth production flow.
