Role Description

We are looking for a UI / UX Designer with 0–2 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi. The role involves developing user-centered designs for digital platforms, creating wireframes, prototypes, and design elements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The designer will also conduct user research, analyze feedback, and refine the user experience for ongoing projects. Candidates should have a drive for solving design challenges and a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in UI / UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows visually and intuitively
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
• Ability to conduct user research, analysis, and gather feedback to enhance designs
• Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Attention to detail with strong skills in visual design and layout composition
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a cross-functional team
• Relevant educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design is a plus
