What You'll Build

• Lead the design and development of production-ready voice AI agents.
• Core backend infrastructure for concurrent voice AI conversations
• Real-time voice processing and AI orchestration systems
• Scalable APIs and monitoring systems for AI deployments
• High-performance data pipelines
• Mentor and guide the engineering team, enforcing best practices and clean code.
• Participate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.
