Job Summary : We are seeking a Contract Lifecycle Manager to oversee end-to-end post-contract obligations and ensure ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment. In this role, you will track contract milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage invoice and renewal workflows, and ensure that obligations under MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms are carried out accurately and on time.
A strong understanding of commercial contract terms is key, and candidates with a finance or revenue operations background (e.g., revenue recognition, billing schedules, invoicing dependencies) will be especially valued.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.
- Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.
- Support invoice management—ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with Finance.
- Oversee renewal workflows and assist in preparing contract amendments or extension documents.
- Maintain structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.
- Provide recurring reporting on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.
Key Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in contract lifecycle management , commercial operations, legal operations, revenue operations, or a related function.Strong understanding of contract terms, renewal cycles, invoicing milestones, and obligation tracking.Experience working with SaaS agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments) is preferred.Finance or revenue recognition understanding (ASC 606 or similar) is a strong plus.High attention to detail, organizational rigor, and strong follow-through.Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Familiarity with CLM, CRM, or contract workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign) is an advantage.Why Work with Us?
