Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Indore, Bhopal, Ratlam & Gwalior. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of batteries. They will also be responsible for field services and customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & Diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
• Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Relevant experience in the battery or energy sector is a plus
