Civil Planning Manager

We are looking for an experienced Civil Planning Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of major civil and oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary project teams and ensuring timely, budget-controlled delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines from design to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor project progress and conduct site reviews.
Prepare detailed project reports and updates for stakeholders.
Handle resource allocation, procurement planning, and change orders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (PE License preferred).

Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil planning and project management.

Strong technical knowledge of civil and oil & gas project execution.

Expertise in Primavera / MS Project and project scheduling tools.

Experience in GCC projects preferred.
