Associate Category Manager

Job Title : Associate – Category Management, Online NEET JEE & School Tuition Courses

Reports to : Category Manager

Location : Kozhikode

Key Responsibilities

Achieve category sales, margin, and profitability targets.

Identify and act on growth opportunities through product mix, pricing, and bundling.

Design and roll out promotional and retention campaigns in alignment with category strategy.

Track effectiveness of digital & offline promotions and optimise for better conversion rates.

Ensure accurate & timely product listings, flawless learner experience and smooth category operations.

Coordinate with product, marketing, academics, support and other teams to resolve operational gaps and drive category growth

Monitor category KPIs and share actionable insights with the Category Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–4 years in category management, pricing.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.

Experience in Ed-tech industry is an advantage.
