Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, and project owners for system aluminium windows and doors—focus on projects across Karnataka.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, site visits.
Present Woodminium's aluminium product solutions, highlighting technical features, finishes, and value propositions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders in line with organisational goals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on clients and partners within Karnataka.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from order confirmation to installation and after-sales service.
Provide technical consultation and recommend ideal solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the aluminium fenestration and building materials sector, primarily in Karnataka.
Provide sales forecasts, regular reports, and market feedback to management.
Liaise with technical / design teams to propose effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience :
1 - 2 years' proven experience in B2B / B2C sales, preferably in building materials or aluminium windows / doors.
Skills :
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Target-driven, self-starter, and strong team player.
Willingness to travel within Karnataka.
