Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in modern web development. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, proficient in both frontend and backend development, with exposure to cloud platforms and an interest (or experience) in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (frontend + backend).

Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with external systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and AI / ML teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.

Implement and maintain databases, cloud services, and CI / CD pipelines.

Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Explore and integrate AI / ML models into production features (a strong plus).

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a full stack developer.

Strong proficiency in :

Frontend : React.js, Next.js, or Angular; HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript.

Backend : Node.js / Express.js, Python (Django / FastAPI a plus).

Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.

Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks.

Experience integrating AI models into applications.

Familiarity with MLOps concepts and data pipelines.

Prior experience in fintech, compliance, or tax-tech solutions.
