About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Apparel Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for our seasonal men’s collections. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative, on-brand designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Seasonal Design Cycle : Drive the full design process for men’s collections—trend forecasting, concept development, sketching, and creating accurate tech-packs.
• Material Sourcing & Coordination : Oversee fabric, trims, and swatch selection; collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective materials.
• Sample Development & Fit Evaluation : Manage prototype creation and fittings; provide precise revisions and constructive feedback to vendors and internal teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sourcing, production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution from design concept to retail launch.
• Design Documentation : Maintain organized archives of mood boards, tech-packs, and digital assets for reference and future use.
• Brand Alignment & Commercial Goals : Ensure all designs reflect brand identity, meet budget and timeline requirements, and align with overall business objectives.
