The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our close-knit team in Hyderabad . This is a unique opportunity to own features from end-to-end and directly contribute to the growth of a scalable SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Feature Ownership : Own the full lifecycle of complex features, from technical design and implementation to deployment and post-release enhancements
  • High-Impact Development : Develop clean, efficient code for a scalable SaaS product. Focus on tackling challenging technical problems across the React, Node.js, and AWS stack
  • Code Quality : Champion and enforce coding best practices, setting a high standard for quality across the team through your work
  • Proactive Problem-Solving : Independently identify and solve technical challenges before they become issues. Optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Collaborative Execution : Work with product and QA teams to deliver high-quality features quickly, using user feedback to inform and drive improvements

What We're Looking Fot

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a deep and proven expertise in full-stack development and a passion for building high-quality, high-performance products.

  • 4-6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a history of building and shipping scalable, production-grade applications
  • Exceptional proficiency in React.js and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems
  • Advanced experience with AWS services and a strong ability to build and deploy applications on the cloud. Proficiency in services like Lambda, S3, and RDS is essential
  • Mastery of database technologies, particularly MongoDB, with a strong grasp of data modelling, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • A track record of independently solving complex technical problems
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and a commitment to producing high quality, high-performance products
