Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring Guidewire professionals . This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Hyderabad , aligned to India business hours .
The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates across technical roles, with a primary focus on Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Integration, Configuration, Developers, QA, Architects, etc.) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full life-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, particularly Guidewire positions .
Source high-quality Guidewire candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and strategic sourcing techniques.
Screen candidates for technical expertise, relevant project experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role needs and define recruitment strategies.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and pipeline maintenance.
Maintain accurate and organized records using CEIPAL ATS .
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, fully onsite in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Mandatory experience sourcing and hiring Guidewire profiles (minimum 1–2 years).
Proven track record in technical recruiting and full-cycle hiring .
Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS .
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
