Job description

S alary : 12- 30 Description :

  • Administer and manage Windows Servers.
  • Perform system backups and recovery.
  • Administer MSSQL and MySQL databases.
  • Implement and maintain server security measures.
  • Work with virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server-related tickets of low to medium complexity.
  • Own, respond to, resolve, and update assigned tickets, including escalated issues.
  • Ensure adherence to customer SLAs at all levels.
  • Collaborate effectively with other system administrators and support team members.

Required Candidate Profile :

  • Proven experience administering Windows Server environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the web hosting industry is preferred.
