Job description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Executive to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for business growth.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve defined targets and revenue goals.
Prepare and manage quotations, commercial negotiations, and order finalization.
Coordinate with internal departments (SCM, Production, Quality, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth order execution and dispatches.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, track order status, and follow up on collections.
Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain accurate sales data in SAP and generate required reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to support strategic decisions.

Educational Qualification :

MBA / Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.

Experience :

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Pharma Packaging industry.

Skills & Competencies :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Sales Module.
