Lead - Civic Clubs

About the role :

The Lead will be responsible for the execution of Bhumi's civic Clubs. The role demands a balance of volunteer engagement and team leadership to deliver impactful, scalable and smooth functioning of all civic initiatives and operations across several clubs in multiple chapters.

About the Program :

Bhumi is building one of India's largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities. Every Bhumi volunteer is a changemaker, and an active citizen working toward a better India.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure seamless planning and execution of civic events, campaigns, and projects across Bhumi Clubs, consistently aligning with the vision and values of Bhumi Clubs
• Strategize and implement volunteer engagement approaches that promote meaningful participation, inclusivity, and a sense of ownership at the club level.
• Mentor and support club leaders to enhance their capacity for volunteer mobilization, civic impact, and sustainable program growth.
• Ensure regularity, quality, and standardised processes in key activities, ensuring alignment with the operational and strategic goals of Bhumi Clubs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the programme by fostering collaboration, capturing learnings, and sharing best practices across clubs.
