Service Engineer – Laptop & Desktop | Vel Systems

Location : Chengalpattu

Field & In-House Support Role

Vel Systems is looking for a passionate and responsible Service Engineer to handle laptop and desktop servicing — both in-house and at customer locations.

If you're someone who enjoys solving technical problems and interacting with customers, this role is for you!

What You'll Do :

Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals .
Attend on-site service calls and provide quick, effective support.
Handle in-house service jobs and maintain service logs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely updates.
Coordinate with the internal team for spare parts and warranty claims.

What We're Looking For :

Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience : 0–3 years (Freshers with passion for hardware servicing are welcome).

Technical Skills : Hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, driver configuration.

Must Have :

Two-wheeler & valid driving license

Willingness to travel for on-site support

Good communication & customer-handling skills
