Content Creation : Assist in creating engaging written, visual, and video content for our social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management : Support in curating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to help shape content strategies.
Brand Voice : Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm, create, and execute content ideas.
Performance Tracking : Assist with tracking and analyzing content performance through analytics tools, and help suggest improvements based on insights.
Creative Input : Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and understanding of digital trends.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software) is a plus.
Experience with video editing (using tools like Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or similar) is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
