Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malappuram & Thrissur for a Travel Consultant Trainee. The Travel Consultant Trainee will be responsible for assisting with travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include consulting clients about their travel plans, ensuring seamless travel management, and handling bookings for flights, visas, and accommodations. The role also involves applying attention to detail to meet clients' specific needs and ensuring they have an excellent travel experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Arrangements, and Travel Management
• Experience in Reservations management and Customer Service excellence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team-oriented setting
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience or education in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Comfortable using booking software and travel platforms
