Department : Supply Chain - Technical Procurement / Supply Chain

Job Summary :

The Junior Manager will manage end-to-end equipment and / or materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee procurement of semiconductor equipment and / or materials.
Manage RFP / RFQ processes and vendor selection.
Develop supplier relationships and performance metrics.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance.
Track equipment and / or materials delivery and installation schedules.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budgets.
Support and conducts supplier quality improvement and development

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

8–10 years of experience in equipment and / or materials sourcing preferably in a Semiconductor / OSAT industry environment.

Experience in greenfield or startup environments is a plus.
