Position Summary :
The Manager – Learning will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs for our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India. This role is responsible for implementing learning strategies that build associate capability and drive business performance. The position will manage learning operations and partner closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
Role Responsibilities :
Learning Strategy & Planning
Partner with global and local HR and business leaders to identify learning priorities, skills gaps, and future capability needs.
Contribute to the development and execution of the GCC learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with global learning goals.
Support implementation of enterprise-wide learning initiatives locally.
Needs Assessment
Conduct and analyze learning needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
Translate business needs into actionable learning solutions in partnership with subject matter experts and global learning teams.
Program Design & Development
Design and develop engaging learning content (digital, instructor-led, blended) using adult learning principles.
Create course materials, activities, and assessments using instructional design tools and templates.
Adapt global content for local audiences while maintaining consistency with brand and quality standards.
Delivery & Facilitation
Manage delivery logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, coordination with facilitators, and platform setup.
Facilitate selected in-person and virtual learning sessions.
Ensure a positive and consistent learner experience across programs.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback and evaluate learning program effectiveness using defined metrics.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance learning impact over time.
Operations & Governance
Manage learning operations, including vendor coordination, budgeting support, and LMS administration.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, accessibility, and corporate learning standards.
Promote awareness and adoption of available learning resources and tools across the GCC.
Skills & Qualifications :
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in corporate learning, with experience managing or coordinating learning initiatives.
Experience in a global or GCC environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and modern learning technologies.
Key Competencies :

Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with learning management systems, digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate Suite), and virtual delivery platforms; experience with Coursera a plus.
