Key Responsibilities :
š¹ Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for permanent / full-time positions with direct clients and tier-1 vendors across the US.
š¹ Work on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ā from understanding client requirements, sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, to closing the hire.
š¹ Utilize multiple channels such as Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal ATS for proactive candidate sourcing.
š¹ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
š¹ Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet hiring targets within defined SLAs.
š¹ Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers regularly.
Required Skills & Experience :
ā 2ā6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment (full-time hiring focus).
ā Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa Types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, TN, etc.) .
ā Ability to source candidates for roles such as Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.
ā Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
ā Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
