Assistant Manager - Global Raw Material Blending & Analytics

This position is part of the Production Planning – Calcination team and is based in Hyderabad, India . It plays a key role in optimizing raw material blending and production planning across USA and India operations , with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and AI-driven analytics .

Duties and Responsibilities :

Global Blend Planning : Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock across USA and India.

Inventory & Production Monitoring : Track GPC inventories and CPC production rates; ensure alignment with shipment schedules.

Cost Optimization : Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting CPC quality specs.

AI & Modeling : Build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with Commercial, Technical Services, and Operations teams globally.

SAP & Reporting : Handle SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and KPIs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's in Chemical / Industrial Engineering or related.

5–8 years in planning / blending, preferably in carbon / metallurgical industries.

Strong LP modeling and analytical skills.

SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.

Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization

Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
