Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced PI Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and engineering, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing systems and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement process improvements and automation solutions in manufacturing systems.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and execution.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

4-7 years of experience in process improvement engineering or related field.

Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.).

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with automation technologies and software (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA, etc.).
