Senior Conversational AI Developer - NLP / LLM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conversational AI Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered chatbot solutions using Kore.AI. The ideal candidate should have expertise in JavaScript, API integrations, and a solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML) techniques, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop AI-driven chatbot solutions on the Kore.AI platform.
• Implement API integrations to enhance chatbot functionalities.
• Utilize JavaScript for scripting and automation within the Kore.AI platform.
• Work with NLP techniques to improve chatbot understanding and intent recognition.
• Apply Machine Learning (ML) techniques and LLM models for AI-driven enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize chatbot responses for better user interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for chatbot workflows, integrations, and configurations.
