Job Role and responsibilities :

• Handling Project Execution for Import & Export shipments.
• Handling Import and Export Projection Operation for expediate process and clearance.
• Handling SEZ / EOU / Advance License shipments
• Dealing with shipping Agent for vessel information, Freight Negotiations and payment.
• Mainly Handing Import and Export Customs clearance, verified HSN codes which is required for various clients, Also help to maintain customs duty rates as per new Budget which is impact on the regular EXIM shipments.
• Update documents and records maintenance, related DGFT Compliance.
• Inter-carting arrangement at Mumbai Port
• Rates Negotiate with Transporter.
• Verify all Pre-Alert of Air and Ocean Documents.
• Timely planning of Delivery and maintaining separate records of all shipments of Export and Import.
